Air conditioning, heating and water

All include heating and air conditioning via a heat pump distributing it throughout the entire apartment. Heating of water with individual accumulator produced by solar panels.

Flooring and walls

All apartments have fitted wardrobes and have installed quality parquet flooring in bedrooms, corridors and living room. The bathrooms have marble flooring and walls. The walls of bedrooms, corridors and living room-kitchen have been painted in a plain neutral colour.

Carpentry

The windows framing is made of stainless-steel looking aluminium, all with a swing mechanism. The windows are double glazed and have laminated glass on one side. The interior carpentry is made of wood finished in natural wood colour.

All apartments have reinforced main door and entry phone.
